About the event
During this experience, you'll learn to make your own dough from scratch, how to work and shape it correctly, and how to use a professional oven to achieve perfect results. You'll also take home a ball of dough ready to bake and repeat the experience in your own kitchen.
We'll prepare classic Napolitan pizza recipes, respecting tradition and techniques, and we'll end the session with a delicious dessert to complete this well-rounded culinary experience.
