My name is Andrea Pugliese; I was born and raised on Procida, an island in the Gulf of Naples, and I moved to Spain in 2021.
My goal is simple: to share an authentic culinary experience with you, bringing the flavors of my homeland—and the respect for seasonal produce I learned while growing up in my family’s vegetable garden—to your table.
My cooking blends Mediterranean character with the soul of Italy, combining traditional flavors with a modern touch. It is cuisine designed for sharing and unhurried enjoyment—meant to turn a meal into a truly memorable moment.

Product selection and purchasing: we handle the selection and sourcing of fresh, premium-quality ingredients for every menu.

Preparation and presentation: each dish is cooked to order and carefully presented, with close attention paid to both flavor and detail.

Printed menu: a personalized menu card placed at the table to complete the experience and showcase the dishes you will enjoy.

Table service: attentive, professional service throughout the experience, carefully managing the pace of the meal and every detail.

Clearing the table: once finished, we clear the table and tidy up the space so you can continue enjoying yourself without a worry.

Final cleanup: we leave the kitchen and the used area completely clean and tidy after the service concludes.
